Connecting multi-core cables
The high-performance PCC-Pro crimping machine is designed for the economical production of high-quality power cables. High precision crimp connections are made between two- or three-core sheathed cables and plug bridges.
Integrated color detection
The closed insertion mask and color detection support correct the insertion of the cables by the machine operator.
The cables are fed manually and cut to a reference length and stripped using a stripping unit. An extraction system removes the insulation and wire residues from the process area.
Quality assurance options
The correct position of the plug bridges to the crimping station is fed from a feed pot. A column guided crimping tool connects the sheathed cables with the plug bridges.
The optional bad part cutter prevents the use of cables with incorrect crimps in the downstream process which in turn assists quality assurance.
High safety for the operator
The safety of the operator during processing is ensured by removable protective covers. When removing, the electrical safety circuit is interrupted and the machine is stopped.
High production rate
With a production rate of up to 1450 pieces per hour and optional crimp force monitoring, the crimping machine is ideal for series production.
Conform with the machinery directive
The crimping machine fully complies with all CE and EMC machine guidelines (mechanical and electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility).
