The extensively equipped machine is designed for crimping sleeves on sheathed cables.

The pre-assembled HPS40-2 connectors on high-voltage cables are inserted by the operator. The machine starts automatically when the sensor in the stripping tool is touched.

Functions for quality assurance

The machine is equipped with the tried and tested handwheel for manual test operation after retooling and after maintenance work.

The integrated crimp force monitoring system detects differences to the teached reference and supports quality assurance.

Intuitive operating software

The touch screen control has an intuitive user interface for easy and safe operation in various languages.

Selecting different user roles and operating modes as well as machine networking functions provides flexible and modern process sequences.

High safety for operators

The safety of the operator during processing is ensured by the closed slide cover. When opening, the electrical safety circuit is interrupted and the machine is stopped.

Conform with the machinery directive

The crimping machine fully complies with all CE and EMC machine guidelines (mechanical and electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility).
