Wide range of use
The powerful eccentric press is designed for crimping individual terminals on wires with large cross-sections.
The machine operator inserts the terminals into the crimping tool and inserts the wires. The crimping process starts automatically when the sensor in the tool is touched or when the foot switch is actuated.
A wide range of potential applications and a high degree of flexibility are achieved through simple conversion to another product for processing. Different tools can be used for crimping different terminals.
The machine is equipped with the tried and tested handwheel for manual test operation after retooling and after maintenance work.
Intuitive operating software
The touch screen control has an intuitive user interface for easy and safe operation in various languages.Selecting different user roles and operating modes as well as machine networking functions provides flexible and modern process sequences.
High safety for operators
The safety of the operator during processing is ensured by the closed and locked slide cover. An integrated safety switch stops the crimping process when the safety circuit is interrupted, and the built-in pinch protection reduces the risk of crushing the operator’s fingers.

The crimping machine fully complies with all CE and EMC machine guidelines (mechanical and electrical safety, electromagnetic compatibility).
