Aid for children in East Africa

“Our starving refugee children in East Africa received a Christmas present from the Schaefer GmbH in Langenbruecken.

Instead of customer gifts the management donated a sustainable aid for the starving refugee children ministered by the Salesianer Don Boscos. With great pleasure we forwarded everything to the Don Bosco-Proxy and received within 2 days the response that the valuable amount is going to support three small basic schools in the camp of Kakuma. Therefore, 3x1000 children can be supplied with school utensils and receive education and 2 meals per day. In addition, they can now study and play with the proper guidance.

The Salesianer Don Boscos are for this important task of youth education – also under the most primitive conditions – well trained, true to their founder saint Don Bosco. In the name of God we thank the Schaefer Company and its customers.”
