Productronica China 2012

In retrospect Schaefer is viewing the Productronica China 2012 in Shanghai as a successful trade show. “At this year’s show the customers came with viable requests form which several new projects have been generated” Ivan Li, General Manager of Schaefer Trading (Shanghai) Co., Ltd., commented, “in particular the products with seal loading as well as machines for processing of multi-conductor cables were the center of attention.”

Also René Aschwanden, Manager Sales Network, was excited about the very good customer reception: “Several new prospects used this opportunity to experience our complex machines in action”.

The General Management of the headquarters, Schaefer Werkzeug- und Sondermaschinenbau GmbH, is pleased about the continued growth of requests from the Schaefer Group for machines and tooling which are gaining acceptance in wider manufacturing areas on the Asian market.

The continued positive trend for the wire processing industry in China is also reflected in the statements of the trade show organizer. More than 10%, 41.847 visitors and 664 exhibitors, a growth of 38% compared to last year, attended Productronica Shanghai 2012.
