The USG 802 is a programmable high performance machine for cutting a variety of materials.

The machine controls are designed for safe, easy set up and operation. The safety cover is electrically interlocked through the operator controls to prevent possible injury if the guard is opened while the machine in the automatic cycle. An emergency stop button is provided for additional protection. The guard switch or emergency stop button will instantly stop all motion should a problem arise.

A single step function is provided for ease of set up. The operator sets the cut length through thumbwheels located on the front panel. To start production the machine can be switched to full automatic operation with a push of a button. A part counter with a manual reset has been provided to track the number of parts produced.

Variable speed control of the incoming material is provided by a potentiometer on the front panel. The speed may be adjusted at anytime during the cycle.

Options include a hot stamp marking interface and high-speed steel blades.

The machine is being used in the series production in the industry for white goods and electronics.
