Description
According to customer specific requirements we manufacture:
- Progressive stamping dies in compact- and modular design
- Progressive- and overall cutting tooling
- Foil cutting tooling
- Bending- and coining tooling
Planning and designing is done with the most up-to-date CAD/CAM systems.
Years of experience in conjunction with a highly efficient and modern machine park is required to build precision tooling. Flexibility and efficiency is also offered in our own stamping department. Every tooling passes through a trial phase in which the maturity for production is being verified. We also provide small volume production on Bruderer stamping presses.

Examples Of Use
By using progressive stamping dies the possibility exists to cut- and form components in several subsequent stages directly from the sheet metal coil in one single tooling. In the last stage the finished product is separated from the offal strip.
Product Combination Possibilities
More frequently plays the further processing of punching parts a role in the production of sub-assemblies involving injection molding with subsequent crimping on Schaefer presses.
