Quick Change ApplicatorTransverse Transport with Mechanical Side Feed
Description
The crimping applicator 20.2001 with quick change system is made for crimping transversely belted terminals on wires with cross sections up to 6 mm².
This applicator is designed with an indexed rotary head for reproducible, independent crimp height adjustment of both the wire and insulation. With the optional mechanical counter, it is easy to monitor the production run and control the wear parts.
Range of Application
Schaefer crimping applicators are used in the series production of the cable processing industry.
Examples Of Use
Crimping applicators to connect wires and terminals in multiple applications made for bench top crimp machines and also as equipment for semi or fully automated systems.
Product Combination Possibilities
The applicator 20.2001 can be used in Schaefer crimp machines and if designed accordingly also with Schaefer stripping modules.
