Heavy Duty Crimping ApplicatorProcessing of belted or loose terminals
Description
This crimping applicator is designed for processing belted or loose terminals for big cross sections.
The wire and insulation crimp heights are set, independently of each other, by means of adjustable wedges. This applicator can also be added with bending functionalities to modify the geomentry of terminals.
Range of Application
Schaefer crimping applicators are used in the series production of the cable processing industry.

Battery terminals with cross sections from 16 mm² to 100 mm².
Product Combination Possibilities
Tool type 590.100 for use in EPS 6000, tool type 690.100 for use in EPS 10000.
