Quick Change ApplicatorTransverse Transport with Pneumatical Side Feed
Description
The crimping applicator 22.100 with quick change system is made for crimping transversely belted terminals with wider distances between each other on wires with cross sections up to 16 mm².
This applicator is designed with an indexed rotary head for reproducible, independent crimp height adjustment of both the wire and insulation. With the optional mechanical counter, it is easy to monitor the production run and control the wear parts.
Range of Application
Schaefer crimping applicators are used in the series production of the cable processing industry.

Crimping applicators to connect wires and terminals in multiple applications made for bench top crimp machines and also as equipment for semi or fully automated systems.
Product Combination Possibilities
The applicator 22.100 can be used in Schaefer crimp machines and if designed accordingly also with Schaefer stripping modules.
