Quick Change ApplicatorLongitudinal Transport with Pneumatical Rear Feed
Description
The crimping applicator 33.100 with quick change system is made for crimping longitudinally belted terminals with wider distances between each other. The robust design allows to process wires with cross sections up to 25 mm².
This applicator is designed with an indexed rotary head for reproducible, independent crimp height adjustment of both the wire and insulation. With the optional mechanical counter, it is easy to monitor the production run and control the wear parts.

Crimping applicators to connect wires and terminals in multiple applications made for bench top crimp machines and also as equipment for semi or fully automated systems.
Product Combination Possibilities
The applicator 33.100 can be used in Schaefer crimp machines EPS 6000, EPS 10000 and EPS 15000 and if designed accordingly also with Schaefer stripping modules.
