Description
This standard crimp machine is designed for crimping terminals using Schaefer quick change applicators and for stripping cables using Schaefer stripper modules and for using both at the same time, in one single operation.
The EPS 3000 is based on the EPS 2001 construction but with a reinforced gearbox, a stronger motor and a strengthened eccentric shaft with a double cylinder roller bearing.
For manual operation and set up a hand-wheel is integrated. The machine control system with display allows to select the language and the machine status or individual functions can be prompted.
Range of Application
Schaefer crimp machines are used in the series production of the cable processing industry.
Examples Of Use
Eccentric presses are designed to connect wires and terminals in multiple applications.
Product Combination Possibilities
For the quality management the crimp monitoring system can be added on. Also stripping modules 512, 513, 514 and 515 can be integrated.
