Modul for automated machines and systems

Description

The tinning station FA 400 LF is utilizing the wave technology for clean and effective tinning of stripped wire ends. The space saving construction and simple interface make it an easy integration for most automatic wire processing machines. The innovative wave level regulation provides assurance for a repetitive tinning process.

The wire core is inserted in to the solder wave and pulled back again, thus eliminating the splashing of hot solder. The build up of dross is reduced by a cover on top of the solder bath. The FA-400-LF is ideally suited for processing of lead free solder.

The status signals of the tinning unit are transmitted to the wire processing machine. These signals include the ready and alarm signal which detect the temperature, pump motor running and solder level.
