The Megomat 1000e enables an economical entry into the automatic wire processing. Due to its simplified configuration, this machine version provides the basis for a standard in wire processing whereas it benefits from the technology and modularity of the Megomat 1000. The concept of the Megomat 1000e machine makes it possible to adapt to the different wire processing needs. The layout of the machine is mechanically as well as electronically adaptable for the desired process.

For basic processes such as crimping on one end and strip-and-retain on the other end of a wire the machine is equipped on side A with the necessary table and crimping press in its basic configuration. For more complex processes, for example both end crimping and/or seal loading, the machine can be upgraded. This way a seal module can be installed on side A with the associating connection option. An additional press and seal module can be installed when the option "table with safety cover extension on side B" is being select.
