The stripper 512 allows for stripping lengths of up to 8 mm on wires with a cross section range from 0,14 to 2,5 mm². This stripper is designed to work in combination with side or rear feed terminals on a carrier strip. The robust feeding concept with mechanical actuation of the stripping blades and wire clamping as well as pneumatic unlocking facilitate high longevity.

We offer a wide variety of efficient stripping modules and also the ability to develop customer specific modules.

Our standard modules are designed for common stripping processes and offer possibilities for numerous configurations. Depending on the model type, wires with very small and/or large cross sections can be processed. In particular the standard types are designed to be combined with our popular crimp applicators which are utilized in manual as well as automatic crimping machines. They are also very well suited for usage in separate stripping stations.

We provide specific application solutions for simple and complex wire processing systems. Diverse stripping methods, for example the stripping of multi-conductor cables or in multiple steps can be realized.
