Fully Automatic Cutting and Stripping MachineProcessing of jacketed wires or battery cables
Description
The CS-326 has been developed for users who value quick change over and flexibility. Equipped with maintenance free and brushless servo motors, the machine processes the material with preset parameters very rapidly. The material is being securely fed with feed belts. All relevant parameters such as article number, total pieces, speed, acceleration etc. can be set and programmed via the Windows based HMI simply and efficiently. The clearly laid out machine design provides for a tool less and quick change over of the guide tubes and stripping blades.
Optionally, the CS-326 can be expanded to accommodate the different application requests of the individual user.
To provide for a clean work place the machine is equipped with a tray to collect insulation slugs. The following standard accessories are also included: 1 set of universal V-stripping blades, feed belts, 4 wire guide sets, calibration rod, PC with monitor, special key for machine housing, safety cover, instruction manual and CE-certificate.
Range of Application
The machine is especially suited for the automatic cutting and stripping of jacketed multi conductor and battery cable with a maximum outer diameter of 12,5 mm or cross section of 25 mm², respectively (15 mm/35 mm² available on request). Miscellaneous insulation material such as PVC, Silicone, PUR and Teflon can be processed.

Product Combination Possibilities
By adding an optional wire de-reeler and hot stamp wire marker the CS-326 becomes a cost effective wire processing system. Other options like Dual-Cutter-Head, coiling bowls or vaious conveyors are available on request.
