This system is a semiautomatic block loading workstation. The operator simply loads the machine with the prepared cables. Further processing including stacking of the finished part occurs automatically.

The processing steps are zero cut and stripping of the center conductors, sequential crimping, block loading and stacking of the finished product for further customer specified processing steps.

The integrated wire color detector assures the proper positioning of the center conductors during block loading. A crimp quality monitoring system supports the quality assurance of the complete process. The housing feeding mechanism provides for proper positioning of the housings. A detection device checks that the connectors are latched into place correctly.
