The Seal Module SSM applies seals to stripped wire ends before they are being crimped. Installed on a fully automatic wire processing machine it extends the application range and provides for effective machine utilization.

The narrow construction and simple adaption to a fully automatic processing line are the main features of the seal applicator. The main focus of the design was in achieving the maximum processing speed, high precision, minimized space requirements and optimized user friendliness in order to fulfill the continuously growing demands in the wire processing industry.

The base configuration of the SSM can process seals with diverse geometrical shapes and dimensions. Seals with a diameter of up to 10 mm and a length of up to 9 mm can be processed with the standard settings. Specific settings are available to process large seals with a diameter of maximum 17 mm and a maximum length of 16 mm. Moreover, hard shell seals can be handled with the base configuration.
