Fully Automatic Wire Processing MachineBoth end stripping, crimping and seal loading of a single wire
Description
The Megomat 800 (former UNO) machine system was designed for users needing a maximum of wire processing capability and flexibility. The six powerful servo motors offer precise wire feeding and positioning for quality processing. Up to six processing stations (three per side) can be mounted on air glide adapter plates.
Processing data such as wire length, wire size, stripping length, end of core position, positioning movement and or relevant production data can be programmed and easily be recalled via a PC and the WireStar20 software.
The standard machine includes a 2 m dual tray conveyor belt, two 3t crimping presses type MP 3.0 with programmable controllers, a PC with Windows operation system. Optionally, the Megomat 800 can be used for crimping and seal loading, and can also be equipped with fluxing- and tinning (lead free) stations, welding stations, doubling (V-crimp) and more for other standard or special applications. Monitoring systems such as crimp force and seal positioning complete the wire processing system.
Installation of the system is realized according to the customers specific requirements.
